The Aristocrats
Went to see The Aristocrats today. So freakin' funny! It's basically a documentary of about 100 comics telling the same joke but each comedien changes it around to their own style. It's a dirty joke so if you're faint at heart, don't bother with this movie. I was laughing throughout the whole thing. George Carlin, the mime and the guy with the cards were my favorite.

Piddleloop swap
Mailed all my cds yesterday for the piddleloop swap. I hope everyone likes them. I had fun painting all the covers "stained glass" like and since I only had to do 5, it wasn't so bad. I think I screwed up the mailings for the 2 international swappers I had and it was only half my fault! I used the automated machine to weigh and stamp everything since the line was way too long and I would have been late to work. I was surprised that there was an international button because I thought you had to fill out a customs form for international. Well, after I got everything stamped, I put it in the big box next to it and right after I dropped everything in, I noticed the sign that said "NO INTERNATIONAL MAIL." OOPS! I told a mail carrier what I did and she said I have a 50/50 chance of it getting to it's destination. So, it might end up back in my mailbox in a few days or actually make it to Australia and Sweden.

Ben Harper
Went to see Ben Harper last night at Irving Plaza. There was a sign saying no cameras or recording devices allowed but I don't know how hard they were looking because they missed my camera in my bag. I don't understand why they wouldn't allow them as I thought Ben Harper was a tape friendly artist and ya figure since he's tape friendly, he wouldn't be camera shy either. I managed to take a few cool shots.
anyway, I'm new to this blog thing and I don't really know how to change this template or anything. If ya got tips, please share!
